Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the RustCraft website, the RustCraft Launcher, and the RustCraft Minecraft server (together, the "Service"), run by VNMCA. By creating an account, downloading the launcher, or playing on the server, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

RustCraft is a community Minecraft server. It is not an official Minecraft product, and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

4. Forum and user content

You keep ownership of what you post on the forum, but you grant RustCraft a non-exclusive licence to display and store it as part of running the Service. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. We may edit or remove content, or close threads, at our discretion — for example if it breaks these Terms.

5. Purchases

6. The launcher

The RustCraft Launcher sets up and starts Minecraft (including Java, Minecraft 1.8.9, Forge, and the RustCraft mod). You need your own valid setup to play. The launcher is provided "as is". Don't redistribute modified copies of it, and don't present a modified launcher as the official one.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but it may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, wipes, or reasons outside our control. Seasonal map wipes are part of how the server works and are not a loss of anything you're owed.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Some sections (such as purchases already made, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) continue to apply after your access ends.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RustCraft and VNMCA are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost progress, items, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we make meaningful changes we'll update the date above and, where we can, note it in the Discord. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

This is a plain-language template for a community server, not legal advice. If RustCraft grows or takes payments at scale, consider having it reviewed by a lawyer for your region.
